The MINCE story begins with a love for burgers.

Established in 2011 with the help of two top London based burger chefs, MINCE set out to design a high standard tasty burger combining the taste and quality of the high-end restaurant burger, with the casualness and convenience of the fast food experience.

Every aspect of our burger has been meticulously considered. We use only the freshest, quality ingredients sourced from the best suppliers in Egypt. Our burgers are made using imported Angus beef that has been aged and freshly minced before being shaped by hand each morning. Our meat is never, ever, frozen and we cook it medium for added taste and tenderness. We receive our fresh bread daily from one of Egypt’s finest high-end artisanal bakeries. The buns we use are soft and topped with a sprinkle of flour and sesame seeds, complimenting the meat very well. All our toppings are procured directly from the best farms across the country, ensuring taste and quality at all times.

We have 14 different toppings and an additional 8 different dips & sauces on the menu, allowing you to choose, experiment and create your ideal burger.
